SCRATCH RUM DISTILLERY

A warm welcome to Scratch Distillery, set within the Benington Park Estate.

Located among the rolling landscape of the Hertfordshire countryside, we use the finest British refined molasses and water from our own historical well to produce the finest single rums.

Much of our product is assiduously ageing within our warehouse on the estate, so please do bear with us while we let our environment shape our rum.
