Our inaugural private cask programme offers the opportunity to lay down a cask of exceptional british rum for the future. Each year we produce around 50 casks. We are now offering a very limited number of these for private allocation. These will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

Our initial cask allocation presents three cask types to choose from, although others are available upon consultation and request:

•200 litre ex bourbon cask

•200 litre new oak cask [english oak, european oak, american oak]

•200 litre ex wine cask

Cask will be filled with our distillate spirit at 65% abv. You can fill this in person, or we will send you images and video of us filling this on your behalf. Your cask(s) will then be matured in our warehouse on the estate, and regularly sampled to ensure its maturation is on track. It will be aged between 3 – 10 years typically, depending on personal preference.
