In a shaker, add all the ingredients with ice. Shake until your hand hurts and pour into a short glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

  • 40ml Scratch

  • 15ml Campari

  • 30ml Pineapple Juice

  • 2 drops of Angostura Bitter
