The Bittersweet

In a cocktail shaker, add a double shot of Scratch Golden or Faithful Rum, the juice of half a lime squeezed, a shot of freshly squeezed clementine juice, half a shot of any sugar syrup (we like agave) add ice and shake until your hand is frozen then pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a strip of twisted orange peel.

·       50ml Scratch Golden or Faithful rum

·       25ml lime juice

·       25ml clementine juice (or freshly squeezed orange juice)

·       Half shot sugar syrup (agave if possible)
